Colorful Salad
  • 1 head lettuceColorful Salad

  • 3 carrots

  • 3 tomatoes

  • a can of palm hearts

  • a white onion






Preparation

  1. Wash the raw ingredients and leave in water with a few drops of red wine vinegar for 3 to 5 minutes

  2. Take them out of water and let dry

  3. Peel and grate the carrots

  4. Slice the tomatoes and onions

  5. Arrange the lettuce leaves in the bottom of a salad platter.

  6. Mix the other ingredients and add to the platter as you think will look better

  7. Serve with vinaigrette or other salad dressing of your preference
