1 head lettuce 3 carrots 3 tomatoes a can of palm hearts a white onion
Preparation Wash the raw ingredients and leave in water with a few drops of red wine vinegar for 3 to 5 minutes Take them out of water and let dry Peel and grate the carrots Slice the tomatoes and onions Arrange the lettuce leaves in the bottom of a salad platter. Mix the other ingredients and add to the platter as you think will look better Serve with vinaigrette or other salad dressing of your preference
