A type of mustard other than Dijon mustard can be used if you prefer. Also when braising the chicken don't allow the mustard used to rub on the chicken burn.
1 Chicken Cut in Pieces
3 Tsp Dijon Mustard
1 Slice of Bacon
1 Sliced Onion
½ Cup Heavy Whipping Cream Mixed with 1 Tsp of Mustard
This chicken which is prepared in a terrine (a heavy glazed earthenware pot), should be served in the terrine, no need to transfer to a serving platter.
